This policy applies to consumer purchases from Rising Pathways Coaching and should be read alongside the relevant service agreement and, where applicable, the Digital Product Terms & Conditions.Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.

UK customers only.

Rising Pathways Coaching currently supplies paid coaching services and paid digital products only to customers resident in the United Kingdom. Bookings and purchases from customers resident outside the United Kingdom are not accepted.

1. Consumer cancellation rights - coaching services

If you are purchasing coaching services as a UK consumer, you have the right to cancel your agreement within 14 days of the date of the agreement. You may do so by emailing [email protected] or by using the model cancellation form at Annex 1.To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.If you cancel within the applicable cancellation period, Rising Pathways Coaching will reimburse payments received from you in relation to the agreement within 14 days after the date on which we were informed of your decision to cancel, subject to the provisions below where you have asked for coaching to begin during the cancellation period.If you want coaching to begin during the 14-day cancellation period, you must make an express request for the services to start. If the service is fully performed during that period, you acknowledge that you will lose your right to withdraw once the service contract has been fully performed.If you cancel after coaching has started but before the services have been fully performed, you agree to pay an amount proportionate to the services supplied up to the point at which you cancel, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

2. Cancelling or rescheduling a booked coaching or mentoring session

You may cancel or reschedule a booked Coaching or Leadership & Career Mentoring Session by email or through the agreed Microsoft Bookings scheduling process where available. The following cancellation fees apply:

7 days or less, but more than 48 hours before the Session	50% of the Session fee
48 hours or less before the Session	100% of the Session fee

• A failure to attend without notice will be treated as a cancellation made within 48 hours.
• If you arrive late, the Session will normally still finish at the originally scheduled end time.
• I may, at my discretion, waive or reduce a cancellation charge where I consider there are genuine exceptional circumstances.
• If Rising Pathways Coaching cancels a Session, it will be rescheduled to the earliest mutually convenient time at no additional cost to you.

3. Three-session coaching package

The three-session coaching package comprises 3 coaching Sessions, each of up to 60 minutes, for £240.Payment for the package must be made in full at the time of purchase and before the first Session.All three Sessions must be used within 4 months from the date of purchase (the Usage Period).Any Sessions not used within the Usage Period will expire automatically and no refund, credit or extension will be given for unused Sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.You are responsible for booking and attending the Sessions within the Usage Period.Rising Pathways Coaching will provide reasonable opportunities to book Sessions during that time but cannot guarantee availability if you delay in making bookings.If you cancel or postpone a package Session with less than 48 hours' notice, that Session will be treated as having been taken and will be deducted from the remaining Sessions in the package.If Rising Pathways Coaching cancels or postpones a package Session, a reasonable alternative date will be offered within the Usage Period.Subject to your statutory consumer cancellation rights, once the package has been purchased it is non-refundable, including where you do not use all Sessions within the Usage Period.If you cancel during the statutory 14-day cancellation period after the Services have begun at your express request, any amount payable for Services already supplied will be calculated in accordance with section 1 of this Policy.I may, at my discretion,make an exception where I consider there are genuine exceptional circumstances.Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

4. Leadership & Career Mentoring package

The Leadership & Career Mentoring package comprises 6 mentoring Sessions, each of up to 60 minutes, for £480.Payment for the package must be made in full at the time of purchase and before the first Session.All six Sessions must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase (the Usage Period).Any Sessions not used within the Usage Period will expire automatically and no refund, credit or extension will be given for unused Sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.You are responsible for booking and attending the Sessions within the Usage Period.Rising Pathways Coaching will provide reasonable opportunities to book Sessions during that time but cannot guarantee availability if you delay in making bookings.If you cancel or postpone a package Session with less than 48 hours’ notice, that Session will be treated as having been taken and will be deducted from the remaining Sessions in the package.If Rising Pathways Coaching cancels or postpones a package Session, a reasonable alternative date will be offered within the Usage Period.Subject to your statutory consumer cancellation rights, once the package has been purchased it is non-refundable, including where you do not use all Sessions within the Usage Period.If you cancel during the statutory 14-day cancellation period after the Services have begun at your express request, any amount payable for Services already supplied will be calculated in accordance with section 1 of this Policy.I may, at my discretion, make an exception where I consider there are genuine exceptional circumstances.Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.

5. Ending or pausing a coaching or mentoring service

Rising Pathways Coaching may pause or end a coaching or mentoring service where the service is no longer appropriate or beneficial, your needs have moved outside the scope of the service, professional boundaries are not respected, there is abusive, threatening, discriminatory or unlawful conduct, there is a conflict of interest, there are repeated payment or attendance problems, or continuing could compromise safe or ethical practice.If it appears that a different form of support may be more appropriate, or that there is a risk of harm requiring urgent, clinical or specialist support outside the scope of the service, I may pause or end the service and, where appropriate, encourage you to seek suitable support.Where reasonably appropriate, I will explain this to you and discuss suitable next steps.

6. Digital products and downloads

This section applies to The Next Step Toolkit and any other paid downloadable digital product supplied by Rising Pathways Coaching.Paid digital products are currently available only to customers resident in the United Kingdom.Where a digital product is supplied immediately, before the end of the 14-day cancellation period, you will be asked before supply begins to expressly agree to immediate supply and to acknowledge that you will lose your statutory cancellation right in relation to that digital content once supply begins.Where the required consent and acknowledgement have been obtained and immediate supply has begun, the change-of-mind cancellation right for that digital content is lost.Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights where digital content does not meet the legal standards that apply, including where it is faulty or not as described.The Next Step Toolkit has a net price of £29 excluding VAT. Where VAT is applicable, the customer pays the VAT in addition to the £29 net price, and the total consumer price including applicable VAT will be displayed clearly before purchase.The free guide, 5 Questions for When You Feel Stuck, is supplied at £0. There is therefore no purchase price to refund.Use of personal information is dealt with separately in the Privacy Notice and any optional marketing consent.

7. How to cancel

You may tell Rising Pathways Coaching that you wish to cancel by emailing [email protected]. You do not have to use the model cancellation form below, but it is provided for your convenience.
